Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, we offer the chance to return or exchange items within [48 hours] of their delivery to your address.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Email us at info@wadlowclothing.com explaining the reason for your return
- Provide a clear picture of your unused and unworn item(s)
Unfortunately, if a return or exchange is requested after 48 hours, we will be unable to process.
Once your return or exchange is approved we will provide you with further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected and confirmed, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your returned item is approved for exchange, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement of the same product will be shipped. We will notify you of the status and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.
Shipping costs from the original purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
